As a division of the Shoprite Group, we manage ticket sales and access control at events, concerts, sports events, etc. We also sell bus and flight tickets, as well as travel packages and deals.
Position: Sales Manager
The main purpose of the position is to sign up new clients and to liaise with stakeholders, manage all Computicket-related queries for Ihe country and manage box office events over weekends. The main objective of Ihe job will be to grow the Company client base and increase turnover, in order to accomplish Computicket's mission and strategy.
Duties will include:
• Signing up new clients and liaising with stakeholders' management of sales and progress
• Planning and management of box offices and festivals
• Travelling to clients and venues
• conferring wilh clients regarding specific arrangements
• Liaising with engineers regarding box office system requirements
• Organising supervisors, tellers and cashiers' management of outlels and employees' coordinating retail staff prior to, during and after events (cashing up, ticket reconciliation, payment of slaff and client sign-off) • post event wrap-up with clients
• Development of new procedures, systems and controls regarding sales
• Outlet visits and audits
• Planned maintenance that needs 10 be arranged' responsible for ticket stock· development of new procedures, systems and controls regarding sales.
Outputs:
• Preparing reports after major events· finding and signing new clients· planning and coordination of events
• recruitment and training of suitable box office staff, ensuring that all clienl contracts are signed and correct
Minimum requirements:
• A university degree' driver's licence and transport (essential)
• Qualification in marketing or sales (will be advantageous)
• At least 5 years' sales experience
• Good understanding of retail and the entertainment industry
• Previous experience working with a diverse group of clients and staff
• Previous experience in event management (will be an advantage)
• Ability to wort independently' driven and energetic' mature and professional
• Ability to liaise on all levels
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Accuracy and attention to detail (prerequisite)
• Outgoing with good communication skills.

Position: Technical & Operational Clerk
The main purpose of the position is to assist with technical and operational requirements on a daily basis in and out of office. The main objective of the job will be to increase effectiveness of the Company and systems during big events, as well as administrative issues in the office in order to accomplish Computicket's mission and strategy.
Duties will include:
• Assisting with the planning and management of box offices and festivals' travelling to venues
and the transportation of equipment liaising with engineers regarding box office system requirements· making sure that all technical requirements are met when having box offices or big events- coordinating retail staff prior to, during and after events (cashing up, ticket reconciliation, payment of staff and client sign-off)
• planned maintenance that needs to be arranged administrative duties, attending to queries and call logging' network setup and implementation
• assisting with general outlet maintenance' asset control and tracking thereof equipment management management of office if Manager is unavailable,
Minimum requirements:
Technical experience (2 - 5 years)
• A minimum of a tertiary qualification and 3 - 5 years' working experience
• Computer literacy maturity and professionalism' ability to liaise on all levels' ability to deal
with diversified groups' ability to work under pressure' transport (essential)
• Accuracy and attention to detail (prerequisite)
• Outgoing with good communication skills' strong leadership skills' must be prepared to work overtime
• A valid driver's licence.
