This allows for maximum exposure in the business and gives the graduates an opportunity to recognise their technical strengths and career aspirations and interests.
Post every rotation per department, the grads will be given a research topic to present to the Management team. This equips them with both technical skills (on the job training) as well as soft skills (presentations, business writing, self-assurance and relationship building).
