Job Title: CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creative execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve company's objectives for building brand awareness, product and service sales, public relations support and internal client projects.
• Leads creative sessions for project kick-offs.
• Manages multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Establishes creative direction for the entire line of True Rebel Fashion Company services.
• Supervises and inspires the creative team and vendor partners; generates multiple concepts for a campaign or project.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to develop concepts and presents to internal clients and senior management.
• Leads internal teams to generate ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Manages creative team members.
• Provides quality control over concepts and projects and is accountable for project deadlines.
• Manages external creative vendor relationships (print/mail/video).

Job Title: PHOTOGRAPHER

​Responsibilities. 

• Working with creative team clients to discuss the images required
• Seeking out appropriate photographic subjects and opportunities.
• Carrying out research and preparation for a shoot.
• Working in different locations and in different circumstances to get the right image.
• Using an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and specialist software.
• Communicating with photographic subjects, putting them at ease, encouraging them and directing them.
• Arranging still life objects, products, scenes, props and backgrounds.
• Liaising with other professionals, including graphic designers, writers, and art directors.
• Managing the processing and use of images, discussing technical problems, checking for quality and dealing with company concerns.
• Preparing proofs for approval.                         
• Compiling finished products.
• Understanding traditional film and digital photography and keeping up to date with industry trends.
• Developments and new techniques.
• Developing expertise with software to digitally enhance images by, for example, changing emphasis.
• Cropping pictures, correcting minor faults, or moving objects around.

• Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Job Title: GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Responsibilities.

• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with business head or supervisors and making necessary changes.
• Use computer software to generate new images. 
• Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
• Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
• Provide support to the creative and marketing unit.

• Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects. 
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
• Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, all company collaterals.

• Protects site by designing and installing security precautions.

• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns;
• Maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

• Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality.
• Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.
• Develops site content and graphics by working with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
• Upgrades site by updating content and graphics

Job Title: DRIVER

Requirements.

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Excellent organizational and time management skill
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License
• Must have a driving record in Good Standing.
