We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: Management Trainee
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions

• Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as finance, client services, sales, operation
• Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
• Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management
• Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties
• Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities

Desired Skills:

• Be able to develop and maintain professional relationship with colleagues and work with team spirit to achieve the goals
• Be able to work with a zeal for perfection and learn new skills and procedures in a short span of time
• Be able to communicate effectively with the coworkers and follow instructions of the seniors in the organization
• Be able to work in a goal driven environment and under strict deadlines

Requirements

• A Degree/HND in Sciences, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc
• A minimum of second class lower division
• No experience is required as successful applicants would be thoroughly trained.
• Resident in Lagos
