Qualifications

• He/she must possess a B.Sc/HND in Accounting.
• Need not be a Chartered Accountant although that would be an added advantage.
• He/she must have at least 5 years' experience in a packaging company, and with the 5-ply corrugation

Job Description

• Advice Management on the best practices that wm keep the Comp;my's products in high demand and at com
• Match right quality/quantity of materials with the right madlines to provide desired quotations.
• Provide Production Advice Fonns for prod.udion to use for manufacturing.
• Keep registers of IPOs. Quotation letters, PEF etc. after processing them.
• Convey information on estimation to Management and Sales Manager.

• Prepare quotation for production of soft packages, 2-ply and 5-ply corrugated packages at competitive and
• Vet and ensure correctness of specifications for jobs submitted ..
• Survey prices of finished goods which are similar to ours to ensure that our prices for the goods are competitive
• Advice Management on margins of profitability of production es~mates.

Position:   SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Requirements

• He/she must possess a degree or HND in any field.
• Interested candidates should have been in similar position in a printing press for not less than 3 years
• Maintenance of a robust clients' database is an added advantage,

Job Description

• ?    Source for customers for the printing press.
• ?    Follow up on contracts.
• ?    Drop proposals and quotation with prospective dients.
• ?    Make deliveries of finished products.
• ?    Carty out any other assignment given.

Position  ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications

• He/she must possess a B.Sc., HND in Accounting.
• He/she must be a Chartered Accountant with not less than 5 years' experience in a reputable printing press.

Job Description

• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development such as budgets, expenditures, research and develop return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Documet all organizational income and expenditure and recommend appropriate budget level and ensure expe
• Prepare cash flow statement profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, financial projections and all other
• Prepare monthly bank reconci1iatiOn statement
• Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance wilh payment reporting and other tax requirements.
• Maintain fixed assets register and manage accounts re-curable and payable,
• Prepare and review budget, revenue. expenses, invoices, staff monthly payroll and overtime payments.

• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
• Source for finance for the company from banks and carty out negotiations with various financial institutions.
• Handle stock reconciliation and advise Management on issues such as resources utilization, tax strategies and the assumptions underlying budget forecast
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounts and accounting control prooedures.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing aUdits.     .
• Work on financial implications of contract bids and proposals to Local, State, Federal and private organizations.

Position:   HUMANITIES EDITOR
Job Description 

• Assess manuscripts to determine suitability
• Edit/proofread words for publication.
• Conduct research for pUblishing use.
• Source for and liaise with authors.
• Organize workshops for manuscript development

Qualifications

• He/she must possess a B.A./HND in any humanities degree
• He/she must possess at least 2 years' experience

Position:   BOOK DESIGNERS
Job Description

• Come up with design templates for publications and format texts
• Design book covers and other publications
• Fix illustrations into the text and plan page layouts
• Calculate spines and book sizes
• Convert bitmap images to vector images

Requirements

• He/she must possess HND or BA in graphics and fine arts
• He/she must possess at least 3 years experience in all publishing company
