Position: Estate Manager
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
All interested candidates must possess the following:

• HND/B.Sc. in Estate Management with a minimum of 7-10 years' similar property company, membership of COREN will be on added advantage,
• Must have good Knowledge of Agency and Property management,
• Must be experienced in luxury flats of 5-10 floors,
• Must be matured and able to work without supervision
• Must have the knowledge and ability to maintaing facilities for habitable environment

Position: Personal Assistant To Group Chairman C.E.O
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
All interested candidates must possess the following:

• Must hove lotal and international exposures,
• Must be familiar with Lagos and other states environs in Nigeria,
• Must be liberal, resourceful and a goal getter.

• HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences with a minimum of 5 - 7 years similar working experience
• Must be a matured man within the age of 40 - 45 years, .
• Must be practically social in nature, honest, and ready to travel at short notice,

Qualifications

• Must be a matured person with ability to work without supervision,
• Must have proof of work experience in a plastic industry for at least 7 years
• Must be able to supervise and control a minimum of 10 workers
• Must have the ability to create and develop markets for new and existing products
• Must have the initiative for sales drive and monitor a given transaction

• HND/B.Sc Marketing or any related fields with a minimum of 7-10 years sales/marketing of FMCG in a reputable organization, experience in plastic produds will be an added advantage
