Engineers
Job Summary
The role is challenging and multi-tasking. It requires great
deal of expertise,
innovation, know-how, sales and management ability.
Responsibilities
Work with Sales/Marketing Team to respond to RFIs, RFPs
& RFQs.
Handle elaboration of technical details for customers.
Work with Sales/Marketing Team to close business
opportunities.
Work as a given product(s) manager.
Develop relationships with other departments for sales and
deployment.
Develop and document technical materials for both staff and
clients use.
Work with Managers in the review of all job engagements.
Contribute to meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales
targets.
Carry out other assignments as may be required by the
company.
Core Competences
Ability to work in a team and make sales.
Ability to provide pre/post sales technical support for
customers.
Have strong knowledge of technologies like WiMAX, WiFi,
Point-to-Point/Multipoint,
fibre/cable networks, etc
Have working knowledge of networking, inter-networking,
wireline, wireless/microwave
products and solutions.
Ability to develop, document and present designs for use.
Is technology savvy.
Can work with Microsoft Office Suite
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Have excellent customer relationship skills.
Education and
Experience
HND/B.Sc/B.Eng/B.Tech in any of Computer
Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronics
Engineering, Physics or related technical qualification.
Two years experience in pre/post sales support or similar
position.
Possession of any of CCNA, MCSE, A+, N+, etc will be an
advantage.
