JOB POSITION: Mechanical Engineers
JOB DESCRIPTION 

• managing projects using engineering principles and techniques
• making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments
• developing a project specification with colleagues
• discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers
• planning and designing new production processes
• recommending modifications following research, analytical and conceptual planning skills
• considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints
• working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector
• monitoring and commissioning plant and systems

JOB TITLE: Account/Finance Officers 
JOB DUTIES:

• Posting of daily transactions 
• Daily lodgement of customer's cheques 
• Monthly preparation of financial statement 
• Monthly bank reconciliation 
• Monthly proof of accounts in the GL 
• Daily update of customer's statements 
• Notify Management of defaults by customers 
• Preparation of monthly payment 
• Remittance of payee and other taxes 
• Remittance of Pension fund contribution 
• Maintenance of Imprest account   

First Degree or minimum of second class upper, Possession of ACA will be an added advantage

OTHER SKILLS

• Must have an excellent working knowledge of Peachtree Accounting software 
• Must have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel     

QUALITIES

• Strong numerical skills 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Strong mental recollection 

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience with a financial institution – Bank, Mortgage Bank, MicroFinance Bank, Finance House, Leasing Company etc
