The company has over 1000 staff (permanent & contract) and is heavily invested in providing world class services to its clients - both domestically and internationally. The company is listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

The company requires the right candidate to fill the position of:



Job Title: QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities 
Formulate, implement and monitor the HACCP system and hygiene policies
Representing the company before food safety and hygiene auditors
Develop and ensure implementation of corrective action plan for customer complaint
Assessment and approval of the registration of suppliers
Maintenance of effective traceability of food items
Recommendation of appropriate food friendly chemicals
Monitoring of the medical status and training of food handlers.

Skills Specifications
B.Sc./HND in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 -10 years of full-time experience in the role.
Minimum of 5 year working years' experience at a managerial level
 

Job Title: Customer Relations Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Formulate and implement customer service policies and procedures; recommend improvements in service procedures
Establish and implement strategies for improvement of customer service, productivity and profitability
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Ensure the consistent achievement of customer service levels and standards.
Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
Review customer complaints, track customer complaint resolution, handle complex and customer service issues
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Analyze customer service related information and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to customer service challenges, and to identify opportunities to improve customer service.

Skills Specifications
B.Sc./HND in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 -10 years of full-time experience in the role.
Minimum of 5 year working years' experience at a managerial level.
 

Job Title: Internal Control Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Responsible for the reviews and updates of Internal Audit Policies and Procedures to ensure they are written clearly, comprehensive, provide sufficient internal controls and ensure they confirm with statutory regulations;
Identifies and evaluate key control points in the administrative, operational, and financial and information systems as well as in safeguarding of assets and compliance with laws and regulations;
Directs the identification and evaluation of the organization’s risk areas and establish a risk management process;
Develops and Manages annual audit schedule and provides quarterly status reports of audits completed. Follows up on audit recommendations to assure implementation of promised corrective action.
Conducts contract audits to determine compliance with contractual obligations.

Skills Specifications
Prior experience in the hotel, catering or airline industry is a major advantage.
B.Sc./HND in Accounting from an accredited institution.
ICAN certification or its equivalent required.
Minimum of 8 -10 years of full-time experience in the role.
Minimum of 5 year working years' experience at a managerial level.
 

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Accountable for all supply chain management activities of the company.
Capture supply chain intelligence and provide supply chain expertise.
Purchasing - Able to Identify suppliers and lead sourcing team in the qualification and quoting process.
Develop training documentation, train shipping staff and monitor daily shipments to insure Import/Export compliance.
Inventory Control - Manage cycle count and the physical inventory processes.
Looking at ways to improve supply networks.

Skills Specifications 
Prior experience in the hotel, catering or airline industry is a major advantage
Relevant experience of 7-10 years at the minimum
Understand current industry best practice
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Ability to Integrate with the team
Work under pressure and respond flexibly to the demands of the business
Excellent people management and communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Good numerical ability.
 
Job Title: Facilities / Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Monitors the operations of plant equipment and systems and implement effective maintenance schedule required to ensure plant efficiency, improvement and expansions
Apply professional skills to monitor the purchase, use and inventories of spear parts, maintenance supplies, equipment and initiate reordering when necessary
Track, analyze and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance etc.
Source and recommend experienced service providers and ensure timely and successful completion of projects and system set up
Directs contractors as needed to achieve compliance with applicable regulations and to complete needed investigation of and repair to utilities
Oversee the completion and submission of required monitoring reports and operating permits to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations
Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained and equipped to deliver maintenance services in a safe, timely and cost effective manner
Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program, health and environmental policies and procedures
Direct Budget preparation and monitor compliance with budget changes-when necessary
Maintain and ensure effective use of maintenance workshop equipment.

Skills Specifications
Prior experience in the hotel, catering or airline industry is a major advantage.
B.Sc. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
10-15 years hands-on experience and working knowledge/ skills of basic fields (Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing)
Communication - Effective written and verbal communication skills that conveys information effectively.
Good knowledge of hand and power tools


Job Title: Head - Housekeeping
 Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Plan Job schedule and monitor cleanliness procedures of the entire premises
Develop and implement effective plan for Compacting and loading of waste for disposal
Conduct daily hygiene audit to ensure strict compliance with HACCP guidelines, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
Ensure strict compliance with HACCP Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
Train and Promote service orientation among staff
Prepare reports and ensure all log sheets are filled as required
Comply with HACCP Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.

Minimum of 7 -10 years of full-time experience in the role.
Minimum of 10 year working years' experience at a managerial level.

 Location: Lagos

This role is open to Expatriates and Nigerian nationals.

Skills Specifications 
Prior experience in the hotel, catering or airline industry is a major advantage.
Minimum of 20 years of work experience;
Excellent communicator with great presentation skills and energy;
Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
Have experience in a similar environment or bespoke hotel background;
Excellent understanding of nutritional guidelines;
Be self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurized commercial, customer facing environment;
Have a 'Can-do' attitude
Have senior management experience leading and inspiring diverse operational teams to deliver results.
