Becan Gardens and suites is a fast growing hotel and a key player in the hospitality industry located at Bucknor area of Jakande estate, Isolo, Lagos.
Due to current expansion, we are looking for dynamic, smart and
talented individuals to fill the following vacant positions immediately for:
1. Bar Manager
- Ensuring all sales products at the bar are kept in good and healthy condition
- Dealing and relating with customers as well as their complaints at the bar
- Ability to control cost and reduce waste
- Be able to lead a team of Bar attendants and show good examples
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in the bar
- Ensure that all staff adhere to the duty shift rotas.
- Enforcing health and safety rules
2. Hotel Supervisor
- To take positive action to meet department objectives and targets
- Supervise and prepare daily departmental reports
- Be an effective communicator with guests and clients
- Take prompt actions to resolve complaints according to company policy
- To be involved in the setting of department targets and objectives,
and to monitor and strive for their achievement
3.Receptionist
- Must be computer literate
- At lease 2 years experience in similar positions in preferably an hotel
- Be able to greet, register and assign rooms to guests
- Must have good phone and listening skills
- Must be able to handle payments through cash, checks and electronic media
- Be the first point of call for all customers and clients
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
4. Drivers
Requirements:
- More than 3 years experience
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be conversant with the roads in Lagos.
- Must be conversant with safety, traffic rules
5. Store keeper
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years experience
- Good knowledge of the computer
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
