Position: Resident Manager
Basic Duties
The candidate, based in Abuja, will:
- Travel within (or eventually out of Nigeria) when necessary
- Liaise with the customer in the planning / approval / payment phases ,
- Follow the various aspects of company administration alongside the MD
- Deal with the promotion and business development,
- Coordinate teams that are responsible for supervision of works (currently 2 teams of 2-5 people).
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Autocad.
- Fluent English knowledge,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Flexibility, intuition, good interpersonal skills and business development
- Degree: Civil engineering
- Age 35-45
- Work experience in Nigeria or in similar countries
