QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE VARIOUS
POSITIONS AND METHOD OF APPLICATION
Computer literacy is required for all positions
1. Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 05): Applicants must be
authorities in the
relevant field with Ph.D. degree or Post-graduate Fellowship
specialist in the
relevant field (for the College of Health Sciences) from any
recognized
University/Institution with substantial scholarly
publications. Applicants must
have had at least SIX years University full-time teaching
and research experience
with ability to initi9ate and supervise research projects.
Administrative
experience will be an advantage. Successful applicants must
be able to give
academic and professional leadership in the field.
2. Lecturer I (CONUASS 04): Candidates must normally possess
a Ph.D degree
in the relevant fields for the College of Health Sciences, a
basic degree in
Medicine (MB:BS) and Postgraduate Fellowship are required.
Three years of
post-doctoral teaching and research experience are required
except for the
College of Health Sciences.
3. Lecturer II (CONUASS 03): A Ph.D degree or MB:BS in the
relevant field.
